I would like a way to bulk identify and bulk delete credit card information that has been saved to orders as a means to ensure I don't accidentally forget to delete card info.

I would LOVE to have the option to export the favorite submissions files as jpg downloads. The reason is then I can import them into my software for album design, and then delete the small files, and tell the software to link to the high res files.
It saves me the step of having to pull each image since the client already tagged them.
Also, the clients favorites is a bit cumbersome.
Maybe I am using it wrong.? I click on it to find clients that have selected favorites, but it gives me a thumbnail view of ALL clients. I want a list of the clients who have selected the favorites. That way I can click on that client and view all their files, and not have to filter through thumbnails to find the correct client.
Does that make sense? I might be doing it wrong?

I'd also like to be able to have the Contract to have fields people have to check they've read and places they can type information. My contract doesn't work on your software because I have fields I need them to fill out (Brides name ) Grooms Name location, reception, vendors, etc.

Hi Tim. Just to keep it in front of you, we would LOVE to have calendar syncing available. I am currently have to look at the Sytist's calendar daily for appointments which means we all have to log in and view it. It would be awesome for it to integrate and automatically update our main calendars.

Tim, I would really like to be able to offer a "rewards" type program when clients receive points based on the dollars spent. After so many points, they would receive a coupon code (with an expiration date!) that they can use for future sessions or orders.
This should be something that customers can view and track in their online account. Ideally, there would also be automated email sent to let them know they received points or have enough points for a rewards credit (along with the coupon code).
This is something that would really help drive repeat business, etc.

Similar to the scheduled email that are sent out as gallery reminders, I would really like an email that can be scheduled to be automatically sent out "X" days after an orders is closed and a thank you follow up.
Ultimately, I would like to see more store integration with MailChimp. That way I can automate cart abandonment email, order flow ups and more.

Hey Tim! We are using the "forms" for the first time and would love to see an option for a Heading so that we can put text in the body of the form. For example, we have a questionnaire for weddings, and we ask for a vendor list. Currently we have a text field for each vendor, e.g., VENDOR LIST: Videographer, but it would be great to be able to put a header to separate the areas of our questionnaire.

Any chance of a mobile friendly gallery?
Currently it seems it's a scroll only method as I don't get a slideshow option when clicking on thumbnails.
I use thumbnails, stacked options at present.
It would be nice if the images filled the screen when an image is pressed and we can just swipe left and right to view previous and next images.

Maximum lead time for booking:
We can already set a minimum lead time for clients to be able to book a shoot on the calendar. Would it be possible to also add the option for a maximum lead time too?
We're happy to book portraits on weekends as well as weekdays - but I don't want people booking a (for example) 1hr portrait session 6 months in advance for a Saturday in July when I *should* be keeping the prime weekend dates open for wedding photography. If we also had a max lead time, I'd just set this to 4 weeks for all my portrait bookings.

I would like to see some form of 3rd party automation capability so I can use Sytist to drive integration with other tools. Something like WebHooks with Zapier would be great since it enables integration with so many other things like Google Docs, MailChimp, SalesForce, Trello, Todoist, etc.

Music slideshows. I am even fine with having to build and host elsewhere (although it would be SO COOL to have the integrated) but right now there just isn't an easy and streamlined way to present them. I would love to have them uploaded and displayed on their own page - one you can link to directly. Uploading one to the video area messes up the streamlined look of the gallery page in my opinion (especially on mobile).
The splash window is just kind of useless to me as is - perhaps have that splash page as a page vs a pop up so you could go back to it instead of that one time show thing?

I opened a stripe account and tried to connect with sytist.
Visa, MasterCard and amex worked fine, but can I also use ApplePay via Stripe?
If yes, wich additional settings are needed?
If not, is it planed to extend the stripe-API that also ApplePay can be used?

I often complete client orders using multiple vendors for different products and then have the items dropped shipped directly to my clients. As a result, I end up with multiple tracking numbers. The current shipping notification email is great. But, I could REALLY use a way to have flag specific items that have shipped along with the associated tracking number. Along with that, I need multiple shipping notifications with carrier tracking numbers per order based on the specific items that have shipped.

I would really like a way to have additional fields on contracts that can be filled in by clients.
For example, for wedding contracts, it would be nice to have a way for people to enter wedding location information, wedding reception information, wedding colors/theme, agreed to times, special requests, etc.
Ideally, these fields could be tied to other fields from a Service that was ordered.

When galleries are in Pre-Register mode, I would like there to be a checkbox for people to also sign up for my email list. People are already providing their names and email addresses so it seems like a perfect place for a Mailing List checkbox. This could function just like the Mailing List checkbox on the Checkout and Create Account pages.

I have multiple orders not showing up in my sales reports. Some orders have been partially paid, and some paid in full. Expenses will show up in the reports, but not the sales for some reason.
One of the orders was paid off line, and I entered in the payments manually. The other was paid via PayPal on a payment schedule.

With the introduction of changing the price lists etc. on a date in 1.80 it would be great to have the addition of change to pay to view after a certain period of time as well.

Can you also add Categories to the eGift Cards menu link so that we can put those in the Main Menu links section under another category title if need be?
i.e. Main Menu links on website > Clients (Dropdown menu item) > eGift Cards
OH....and I THIRD, FORTH, and FIFTH creating the same features 17 hats has in Sytist! Housing all of the management on one site would be ideal.

I love the new ability to have a price list change on a certain date. It would be beneficial to have a scheduled email to warn of the impending price change.

It's been mentioned a few times, but just want to add that editable fields in the contracts feature would be great. As it is now it doesn't work for me as I always have them fill out their complete contact info and wedding location/date/etc on the first page of my contracts. Thanks Tim.

At the moment I've added a "our chosen date is a Saturday" option to my portrait shoots so they have to check that option if they're booking a weekend, to add the w/end premium - but it's a clunky way of doing things and som epeople just don't 'get it'...
I'd like to be able to setup certain types of shoot to have a different price/premium automatically applied if they choose a Saturday instead of a weekday.

Is it possible to better differentiate the images that belong to a collection in the basket. Perhaps an indentation or a different shading? Also to have more of a gap to show where a package ends in the cart listing would be less confusing.

When re-opening a proofing project for approval after chages, it would be great to have an option where the previously approved pages remained as approved - and only the changed pages would be "open". I'm having some customers ask for changes on pages they had previously approved. Causing a bit of an infinite loop scenario!!

With Square Payment, I would like the customers info used in the transaction to be passed onto square so when I am in square I can tell what payments goto what customers.
Also, I am hoping square payments will automatically mark the expense of the transaction as PayPal payments already do.

Thanks for the recent update! A few more suggestions:
- multiple sidebars - being able to load up a sidebar then select which one to use per section (similar to billboards)
- wall designer collections listing is in a straight line down the page and gets long. would be great if it would tile together similar to stacked thumbnails;
OR
- would like the ability to add a specific wall designer canvas collection from the main price list similar to any other collection, thus eliminating the long list of collections
- would like to see subgroups of canvasses or framed prints in wall designer to shorten the overall product list (eg. 10" wide, 20" wide, panoramics, etc.)
- would like option to display title and caption under image instead of filename in a gallery
- IMPORTANT! - if a section has a specific theme that is different from the main/default theme, then all displayed cart pages should use the same theme as the original theme. (eg. if proceeding to checkout or emptying a cart, the theme/look is different)

A feature I think would be helpful for those who do high volume school and sports is to be able to sort the galleries in alphabetical order for the customer without having to drag and drop on the admin end. Not sure how hard this would be to implement but since it already works for the admin end I figured it shouldn't be too hard to have it work on the customer end.

I would most appreciate a way to choose different emails for "Ship Notify." As it is, I must manually edit the text each time I send an email to a client that has elected to pick the order up at the studio. As it is, the email says, (for instance) "Shipping Date: Mar 16, 2017." This has proven confusing to clients who apparently stop reading at that point and assume that I have shipped their order - even though the Shipping Method says, "Pick Up At Studio."

In order to properly file sales tax there are a few things that are needed for Sytist to report.
Firstly, the total amount of sales where sales tax was collected and the total amount of sale tax collected from those sales only.
Secondly, the total amount of sales not subject to sales tax.
Third, the total amount of sales subject to sales tax generated by credit card sales (or pay pal as this is matched by the state against what you report).
Fourth, the total amount of all sales regardless of sales tax (which is what Sytist does now).

Adding the galery info in the general order page.
We have orders for multiple school coming in all the time... it would be great to be able to sort the general orders by galery!

It would be helpful to be able to batch move closed galleries to another section. Once a gallery has expired, I like to move it to a section I named ARCHIVE. Currently to do this I have to move them one at a time. This is very tedious and time consuming. It would be nice to select all and move them all to a new category at one time. When you have upwards of 100 or more galleries, this would really help.

Could you consider adding the ability to send out a model release the same way we send out contracts. Currently I've created a release layout in CONTRACTS and add it the same way I would add a contract to the customer's account, this works fine when I need to request the usage of the their images but when I go to email it, I have to change the email wording from "contract" to model release.
Would be nice if we could have a separate email layout for model releases. Everything works great the way I'm doing it and it allows me to have the release on file within sytist but it becomes frustrating when I need to send a contract and have to change all the wording again.

I may have asked for this before but I would like the ability to sort the product list by categories. We offer many different types of services and each one has it's own pricing some of which is very similar. We do different sports organizations and each has their own pricing groups. they all have similar products but have different options added to them.
for example
A. package = 8x10 and specialty item with option for background choices for baseball
A. package = 8x10 and specialty item with option for background choices for Dance
A. package = 8x10 and specialty item with option for background choices for cheerleading
But when I see them in my product base they look exactly the same unless I put a specific identifier.
If I could create groups for
Portrait products
Cheer products
Dance products
etc. I could more easily identify and sort these items for creating new price lists

Any chance you can have an automatic calculation of the discount rate when people choose collections over individual images?
I know its an easy calculation, but if it did it automatically for us when constructing collections, then I can adjust costs according to percentage rather than a pull out of the air calculation.
It could even be a feature of collections where we can make a point of how much a customer is saving with a 'sticker' style design or similar in the 'add to basket' section.
