I would like to see a feature in the future for tracking miles to and from portraits session, weddings, to get supplies, etc. for tax purposes. Thank you!

1. It would be awesome if, in the automated emails, there was a reminder email that sent to a customer, who purchased a download file of their image but has not downloaded said image after a few days.
2. It would be helpful if there was a way to attach a file to an email through the site's email function.

Hello. I offer some "free studio shoots" with a booking fee applied/refunded as credit . I would like to be able to process this using a zero price value and flat rate price with the option to "require deposit when booking". At the moment it is processed in the cart as £nil to pay. Is this something that can be done, or is there already a way to do this? Thanks, Dre.

Expanded usage of autofill "tokens". Would be great to be able to tie these autofill terms to gallery specific info like the expiry date, shipping group change date, price list change date etc.

Use case would be in default text for new galleries this info could be automatically populated and could reflect any changes as they're made.

("Order by [PRICELISTCHANGEDATE] and receive 10% off your order!", "Orders before [SHIPPINGCHANGE DATE] will be delivered directly to your school. etc)

Hi Tim,

A really nice feature would be a menu with a user's galleries/pages. So I can add an item in the main menu which appears when someone's logged in, and displays a dropdown with the galleries the user has access to. Or maybe an alternative way to display those galleries. I have some customers with lots of galleries, and the my galleries page now shows a very long list.

I would like to be able to change the tax status of products or collections. Where we live if there is no physical product (ie a digital download) there is only one tax, out of our two, applied.

A booking comes in. I click the link to add the appointment to Google Calendar. The appointment title entered does not show the Grand Total when someone has added an add-on to the shoot. Right now, all I see is the base cost of the shoot.

Calendar Feature request :

Add another scheduling option for Recurring Event :

* Every (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th) (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) of each month.

Also, when deleting a recurring event, have a check to see if user wants to delete the entire event,
that specific instance only, the current instance and all previous, and the current instance and all
remaining/future instances.

I'd like to request a manual quote creation function. I've played around with Invoices and while I
like it very much for invoicing, using it for something it's not really designed to do is a bit kludgy.

I've searched back in this thread and I've seen some 17hats users (I'm one of them...glad I'm gone ;) )
but my business isn't web site driven...it's more word of mouth/referrals/emails/phone calls...

What I would like to do is create a workflow within Sytist where I can input a contact and mark it either "cold" or "active,"
create a quote and email it using features available in the Sytist Admin Dashboard (as opposed to the new client
hitting the web site and filling a form and asking for one), then once the quote is accepted, move on to contract and invoicing
as usual within the existing Sytist structure.

I'm currently managing quotes outside of Sytist. I'd really like be able to manage more of my business functions in
one footprint if possible.

I'd love to be able to sort my gallery in the admin view by images that have been favorited by customers. Part of my work flow is to upload all their shots directly off of camera, then allow the customer to favorite the images, then I add a new gallery with the edits based on the ones they favorite. It would be great if I could somehow either report out the ones with favorites based on each gallery, or simply sort based on favorites.

Figured out a solution for my issue above ...

I can simply export a CSV file of all the images my clients need me to modify:

I'd really really like to be able to see which Gallery an order is from under the main Orders header so that it is easier to see where we have un-processed orders sitting.

We process orders by Gallery (all at once) so we export directly from the Gallery's Orders tab/link vs exporting from the main Orders tab.

As it is now, I have to open every individual order to see where it's 'coming from' to see which gallery I need to go to, to export from (incase there are other orders there).

Would it be difficult to add a subtle countdown to the gallery expiration line?

E.g. gallery expires midnight on the 4th July 2019 (5 days from today)... 4 days from today, 3 days from today etc etc.

Is it possible to add a feature to the calendar that allows for a "location" for a session to be added?

This way if a photog is doing an on-location session, the client will get an email notification with the address of their shoot.
Currently when you go to add an appointment on a client account you can mark the duration, who it's for, Email & Phone, but not actually put in WHERE the appointment is taking place.
With Fall outdoor sessions booking like crazy right now...this would be a HUGE plus for all of us doing outdoor sessions.

Also, in the booking calendar is there any way to link a contract/agreement with each type of session offered?

I would like the ability to customize bookings with time buffers before and after the shoot.

Many of my shoots are on location. Let's say I have an hour long shoot. It would be nice if I could make it so there was a thirty minute block of time before the shoot, and after, for travel time.

I have to reschedule shoots when people book a shoot back to back.

A way to flag orders for special attention that the client does not see in their account. As an example, a print was damaged by the lab - the "Order Status" should stay as "being printed" but the order itself needs to be flagged red or marked as 'REDO - Rush' or something like that.

I'd like to be able to see which price list is applied to each of my sub galleries, even if it is using the default list. All of the attached are using the same price list.. but I can't see that without checking each one on the site. I don't really use a default price list.

Is it possible to have integration with Amazon's SNS so that Sytist can send appointment reminder text messages to clients' mobile phone numbers, with the option for clients to opt-out of these as well?

Text message marketing in addition to emails

Would it be possible to implement text message marketing (integrate Clickatel or similar?).

Customers could receive a text when the gallery goes live, early bird offer is expiring or when they have items in their cart and haven't checked out.

It would be good if we could require customers to enter their mobile number in addition to an email address when viewing a gallery.

I'd like to be able to select a range of dates in booking calendar to export as csv. After bookings are made I export as csv, manipulate data and then import into software creating qr codes for data matching. Also would be nice to see the price paid as option in calendar exports. Thank you for all you do!

Coupons. Be able to create a per user coupon. Such that, anytime that user puts something in his/her shopping cart, it'd automatically apply a coupon code without the need to enter one, i.e. for repeat customers (but everyone else gets the standard price list applied). Be nice to be able to specify a minimum $ amount.

I would love to see the option to shut off or turn on the numbers on galleries in the top left corner. when clicked into a larger file. See attached.

My clients always refer to the files as number 17, as it shows something like 17/109. When what I need is the JPG file number that shows. 1073.jpg See the top left corner? Its probably my most frustrating thing about my cart. I play 'what file did they mean" all the time!

Thankyou once again for sytist its amazing for sure, I have tried setting up my first mini session but i can not seem to run a 15 minute session with a 5 minute break between it, to give customers time to come in and leave.

Currently the session i setup as 10.00am to 10.15am - 10.15am - 10.30am there does not seem to be a way to add a 5 minute break in between the times with out it then going straight to 10.30am rather than it starting at 10.20am, is this something that can be added or am i just missing how to do it correctly?

I would find it really useful if we were able to set default styles for blocks in page designer.
Maybe something you can click to set it once you have created a block.

Also it is great that you can save a page designer template but it would be even better if you could save a block as a template to use on a different page.

Most of the items I sell are "collections" for a single image. When a customer purchases this, it put in the cart with each item and the same picture over and over. This gives the customer the impression they can change the picture for a particular item. I would like a single pose package to appear in the cart with the image only displaying once. This way, the customer will no attempt to change the image, but it will be implied there is only one image. For multi pose packages everything is fine.

This would cut down on my customer service calls!!!

I would love a custom field in the Account section.
This would make life so much easier sending gallery passcodes to clients using the template. It would give them their individual passcode.

Sending 266 individual emails with unique passcode is just not going to work for me!

I love Sytist, however I think the calendar could use some more features.

Before I fully committed to Sytist, I used Birchpress Scheduler which has many fantastic features. I would be happy to purchase a license for your in order to review it's benefits. :)

• The ability for customers to reschedule their appointments.
• Appointment Padding. Adding/blocking time before or after the scheduled appointment is huge! IE, someone books a location shoot, and the appointment could only be booked if there was X number of minutes available before and after the appointment for drive time.
• Providers. Assigning myself to shoot, or an associate.
• You can set a work schedule for each photographer.
• Multiple studio locations.

Your software is part of what helps my studio to thrive and grow. I will be opening a second location in less than 6 months. This means an additional photographer as well. I am in need of a more robust scheduling calendar which supports multiple locations and multiple photographers. PLEASE. :)

I would love it if the Download All Images button allowed for all of the images to download in a single packet as Zenfolio does.

So a really cool feature would be if when users are downloading from the gallery, it gives them at least a message to hold on while we zip up those files for you or something like that. Currently it just loads and loads and loads and if it works, it pops up the download window and if it doesn't, it gives a default 550 error.

I know google drive shows a message at the bottom of the page (almost like a widget) showing you the progress of the zipping process. That's very helpful and it allows the users to do other things while they wait.

I do quite a bit of location work and it would be great to have an option to build in buffer time for certain jobs to block out travel time before and after and event or session. If I have a location session across town from 1pm to 2pm I cannot be back to the studio in 0 minutes if someone books a 2pm studio session. As it stands now I need to manually create two separate appointments (one before and one after) for each location session booked. Thanks in advance!

Need to fix the "Edit Order" feature.
The layout currently has all the line items out of order compared to how they are listed in the final order making it hard to update orders for clients.

Final order display looks like this:
Date
Sub Total
Early Bird Special
Tax
Shipping
Account Credit
Grand Total
$ XXXX

However the "Edit Order" feature has it laid out like this:
Date
Discount
Tax - VAT
Taxable Amount
SubTotal - Grand Total
Payment amount - Credit
Gift Certificate - Early Bird
Shipping

Also, could there be an option to update line items for clients?
Or ADD line items?
I have had a few sessions lately that get home after their IPS and want to add more to their orders...either qty to an existing line item or a totally new product all together.
