The B&W / Filter option allows the customer to preview the
photo in black & white or other filter options you create. If the
customer is viewing a photo in B&W for example, when they add the
photo to cart, it will also add it as B&W.
The black & white option is pretty standard, converts the image
to black & white. The sepia tone and others first converts the
image to black & white then takes a solid color image the same size
and lays it over the converted image.
In the color option settings, you are able to tweak the amount of Red, Green, and Blur (RGB) of the image that gets laid over the black & white image. You can also adjust the opacity of the original black & white image.
