The "Time Blocks" option will create a drop down of time blocks in a gallery for the visitor to select from and pull up photos based on the date / time taken of the photo.
It is IMPORTANT that the date of the page is the same date of the event because it searches date and time. The date of the page is in the Text & Settings when editing a page.
This option can be found in the Photo Display Settings in the Photos tab in a page.
