Some of the Highlights
A New & Better Way For Doing Pre-Orders
Now create pre-order pages that use your photo product price lists. With this new way you can not only offer pre-order packages, but also a la carte products. You can set it to require a package to be selected before a la cart items are selected, view all orders from individual pre-order pages and more.
A Way For Assigning Group or Class Photos When Using Passcode Photos
Now you can actually assign the class photo for each individual when importing passwords.
Added Dropdown Menu & Checkbox Options to Additional Fields At Checkout
Before you could create additional fields at checkout in your price lists to get more information from a customer. Now you can also create a dropdown menu and checkbox option. These options show on your orders and can also be exported when exporting products on orders. This option is in your price lists; "additional order fields / options".
And more. Click here for the complete change log for this update.
How to update:
The first time each day you log into the admin it will check for the update. If you have already logged into your admin today , then you won't get the notice until tomorrow.
If you are currently using Sytist version 1.0.0 or higher, you can have it check for the update again by clicking on Settings in the main menu. Then scroll down and below the left menu, click MySQL query. Copy the following line of code, paste it in the query box and click run.
UPDATE ms_history SET upgrade_check='';
Then return to your admin home page.
If the auto update feature won't work for you for some reason, you will have to manually update.
When using the auto update from the admin and it seems to hang when trying to unzip, then the ZIP functions are probably not enabled in the PHP on your hosting. If it used to work then your host probably changed something to cause the ZIP functions in PHP to go away. You can contact your hosting company and ask them to enable the ZIP functions in PHP.

Hi Tim
This looks great. Can we have the ability for the client to see quantity discounts - the price reduction works but it's not clear why.
Thanks
Dre

My view is not the same - see attached. There is no quantity discount showing though it does exist and shows in the normal product list view.
Also, is there a way to add Store Products which are in the Price List to this Pre-Order list?
Thanks
Dre

Has anyone else tried this out? Tim, unfortunately I'm having the following issues and would appreciate your assistance:
1) It is not possible to see quantity discounts using the pre-order pricelist
2) After adding multiple items and selecting add to cart, the quantity discounts are not immediately applied - the full price is applied (see screenshot) - there is no "quantity discount" dropdown option for the client to see what they are (or even that quantity discounts exist)
3) There is no cart/view cart option when not using the Gallery Exclusive mode
(It seems I'm unable to upload screenshots at this time.)
Can you advise please?
Thanks
Dre

I did not think about quantity discounts on the pre-order page. They don't display but they do discount. I have made a note of it.
When you add a pre-order product to cart it shows you the view cart link (continue shopping, checkout) options. It also updates the cart in the menu.

When I try to update, the update doesn't go past 2/4. Am I missing something about the zip file? I click on it and it seems to start spinning (the flower thingy) and then never advances. Yesterday, I left it on for about 30 minutes and it just kept spinning. Do I need to DL something? I have a Mac.
