Sms Txt Messages
Does stylist send messages to clients using the phone number in their account or do I have to enter them in manually when send a txt sms to a gallery list?
I cannot seem to get it to work unless I enter the phone numbers manua
For it to send a text to the phone number in their account, they would have had to explicitly check the option to give permission to receive text messages. Otherwise you will have to type it in.
In the SMS settings::
The option to ask or require a phone number is in Settings -> Account Requirements

I created a test account and accepted the sms rule. I then created a test gallery and assigned it to the test account. I then send a txt to inform me that it was ready to view and I did not receive any txt. If I manually enter my number I receive the txt
I am unsure what I am missing to have this to work
I was able to get it to work. However is there a rule somewhere in the cron php the stops multiple responses within a specific period of time?
I have found if I resend an email it will not be sent nor appear in the email history even though it is in the batch ready to send. If an email is not repeated that is sent but others have been previously sent are not
There was a check in a previous version not to send an email to the same email address again within 2 hours, but there is someone who apparently like to send multiple emails one after another so I removed that and is not in the current version.
If you go to Settings -> SMS and Sent Messages, it will show if it was sent or not and if not details in the information icon.
If you are resending an email from Stats -< Email Logs, it directly sends and does not go into the automated messages.
