Hi,
Trying to send email and SMS when order is complete.
- Customer has given consent for SMS
- I can send a manual SMS, confirmed by Sytist SMS Log and Twillo
- Not working for order only and account created orders
When using default message 'Photos available for download', which has email and SMS response, the email is sent but not the SMS.
This is what I'm doing:
- Go into order
- Ship Notify
- Drop down menu to choose 'Photos available for download'
- Submit
Emails are sent but no SMS.
Am I missing something?

Sorry about the other responses, That is not available for SMS that way.
