Delete Quantity Discounts From Price Lists

How do I delete quantity discounts from price lists. When I go into the item in price lists, go to edit discounts, it does not let me me unclick apply discounts on all photos. Is there somewhere else to delete this?

Delete all the values in the quantity discount (the from , to and price).
