Can The Passcode Associated With Qr Code System Have More Than One Group?

We use the QR passcode system for our sports teams.  Sometimes a parent has 2 kids on different teams or in the passcode systems language different groups.  We give them the same passcode for both kids, but only one group is visible.  I noticed that the system sometimes adds a letter to the second kids assigned passcode if we upload  A csv assigning passcodes.  Does the system not like using the same passcode for more than one subject?

Is there a way to give our parents one passcode and them see both kids and both team images?

You can't use duplicate passcodes. Each subject needs its own passcode. If a parent has multiple children, in the email sent to them with the passcodes, it will list each passcode for each child in the one email.
