No Email For Cc Orders

I have checked the settings and they look correct. I then clicked on the link :
view orders with this payment method and got this message:
Payment option: Collect & Manually Process
No orders found
No orders found

What payment gateway was used? Did you collect CC # and manually process the transaction? Does not appear you have collected payment and processed the CC.

It's not using the correct variable value for some of the payment options. I guess something I didn't complete.
What you can do is when you go to that, in the address bar you will see:
index.php?do=orders&order_payment_option=emailform
Change emailfor to CCM
index.php?do=orders&order_payment_option=CCM
