When I am within a subgallery and click "rearrange photos" it resorts the entire gallery, instead of just the subgallery that I am in.

I am unable to replicate that. I go to a sub gallery, rearrange photos (by name or manual arrange) and nothing changes in the other sub galleries.
What are the exact steps to take to replicate this?
