Stop New Order Emails

Sorry if this is created, i tried to look but only found an old post from 2015.

Is there a way to stop the New Orders emails being Sent to Me?

Not sure if it's possible, but why would you want to? 

It provides an off server back up of all orders placed. Isn't that a worthwhile thing to have? 

thanks for the reply. it is but our traffic flow is so high I am hitting my email quote per hour which then suspends it for an hour. 

I spoke to our server company and next step is a huge cost to go on our own server. Which is no point for 2 massive weeks of work. Just have to slow the emails down.

I just round them all up and delete.  Constantly.  Well, not that constantly, as I also keep getting in trouble.

You can also set up auto-deletes?  When <parameter>  is < parameter>  bypass inbox and sent directly to trash?  Would this help?

You can go to Settings -> Basic Settings, and in the field "New order notifications emails if different from email above", enter a semicolon (;) there. 

Just: ;

And that will stop new order emails sent to the admin.
