Green Screen In Gallery On When Turned Off

I have a client gallery that I have green screen on for the entire client...but have turned off for 3 of the 5 galleries as those are non-green screen jpgs files. But it's still showing up that people can choose the background. I have it marked per each gallery the check box to "not use green screen backgrounds in this gallery"....but still showing up and causing confusion!

I can not reproduce this. Works fine for me.

Is this is a first level sub gallery or deeper?

I have "basketball" set on the main page for the client...then I have these 5, 2 which use the default for basketball, then turned off for the other 3, which are all jpg files too. They are showing up for everything.

I am trying the same thing and works as expected.

You can email me the following for me to look into it:

  • 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
  • 2) Create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the main menu, or send me your admin username and password.
  • 3) The name of the gallery in question.
  • 4) FTP username and password.

You need to go into each child sub gallery and select the option "Do not use green screen backgrounds in this gallery". You are selecting it on the parent sub gallery, but not the actual sub galleries.

Like you have it selected in Swimming, but not in the actual Teams or Individual sub galleries.
