Qr System And Separated Parents, Hence Multiple Email Recipients ...

Hi Tim.  

I have a school that seems to want to give me parent data, inc. parent names and emails!  First school ever to do this, but they want a 'hands off' working method as far as possible.  

So, in a change from our usual -passcode- method, I'm seeing if I can implement the Sytist QR system and having a little play.

One problem appears immediately for us: how do we deal with separated parents?  Can a pupil's QR code be assigned to more than one email address (perhaps with extra1 etc fields???) within the automated system, such that both parents with different email addresses still receive the same passcode/s for all their children?  Perhaps I've missed it and it is possible.

If not, is there any workaround?

You would have to manually enter the second parent's info to the QR codes and use the same QR code & name for the subject.
