Order Received With No Details

I have one order which has no information about what was ordered. The payment went through but the order is blank, no products nor quantities are listed. I logged into the account of the customer but it's the same there. All the other orders have gone through without a problem.

Is there a way to recover the order? MySQL database maybe?

Was there 2 orders? One with items on the other and  a second without? That would suggest the payment was posted twice for some reason.

Otherwise, if there was products on the order in the database it would be showing on the order.
