Custom Order Confirmation Email

I've started populating the "Custom Order Confirmation Email" section for my services, but now I have a couple questions: What happens if someone orders 2 Services that each have a different Custom Order Confirmation Email? What gets sent?
Is there a way to send a custom text message too?

It is just going to pick one of the custom emails. There is not an option for a text for order confirmation.
