Cant Upload Photos - Php Does Not Match

Hi Tim,
My service provider has had to upgrade us to a newer sever but since this has happened i am unable to upload any photos. I changed the php settings to allow larger files but this is not showing on my site. i am on 8.1 but sytist is saying i am on 7.3.3
any help would be great
