Order Dropped By Sytist
We had a client email screen shots of an order submitted to PayPal via Sytist showing their payments. The order did not go through to us, but is recorded by PayPal. The client's order is still sitting in their cart. Any thoughts on what may have happened and how to stop it from happening again?
May have been a temporary server issue. If it continues to happen, See: Sytist Manual > Common Issues -> Customer Paid By PayPal Standard Business But No Order Is Created
