No Photos Displaying On The Site

Hi,

I got a sudden error without making any changes to the site.  Everything was fine this morning and now no photos are loading/showing anymore.

In the Admin panel everything looks normal.

Can anybody help with this?

I still have FTP access to your site so I took a look. 

All of the javascript files were emptied. 0 bytes, all code gone. See attached screenshot.

Why? No clue, not something Sytist would do on it's own. 

You should ask your host how that could have happened.

I've reuploaded the files and it is working now. You may have to clear  your cache in your browser.

I have absolutely no idea how this has happened, I really didn't make any changes or messed with any settings.

I'll contact my hosting company about this.

Now I have another problem, I cannot upload photos anymore. Any idea what's causing this now and how I can fix it?

I am here for the same reason!  Error 500

One thing I noticed lately is that when you delete a preview photo the site kind of freezes, none of the buttons to close or go back is working. 

I assume this not related to this problem, it's just one of the only things I did before everything was gone yesterday, wanted to mention it.

Looks like something changed on the server and not the PHP upload max file value is only 2M, which means you can't upload a photo larger than 2MB.

Sytist tries to increase that value but looks like your host has a hard limit.

You need to ask your host to increase upload_max_filesize & post_max_size to 12MB or more (however large your largest photos you upload).

The freezing when trying to delete would be related to the empty javascript files.

What to you mean with that, this is what caused the files to be deleted or it freezes because they were already deleted? Because it is still happening even after you re-uploaded them.

I tested it and didn't have any issues. Email me a link of the URL in the address bar of what you are trying to delete that won't.
