Uploading Images To Portfolio

I swear I watched all the videos and did a search and I can't figure out what should probably be obvious. I used a page template to create a portfolio section for my website. How do I add images to each section? Sub galleries? I already labeled each section. I just assumed I would click on each block and upload images, please tell me what I'm missing and where I can find a video for this part.
