Ordering Of Booking Options

On a Bookings page, I have created a series of options to be completed by the client while booking.  Although there is a Display Order field on the options creation window, a value entered there does not seem to impact the actual order in which those options are displayed to the client.

Is this a bug?

Thanks,

John

I tested it and it works fine for me. 3 options with the display order of 0, 5 & 10 and they is the order they are listed in.

If it is in fact not working that way for you, You can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).

2) Create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the main menu, or send me your admin username and password.

3) The name of the booking service in question.

Thanks Tim, but I'm afraid I don't understand. How am I supposed to sort 6 options (in my case) with only three possible values for display order?  Perhaps I am misundertanding.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. It displays them by that value ascending.

OK thanks... I thought I tried that.  Makes sense. Oh well, I will revisit that and see.
