Search Box - Order Lookup Issue
I just started getting this notice when looking up order's in the Search Box by customer's name:
MYSQL ERROR: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE ms_orders.order_id>'0' ORDER BY ms_orders.order_id DESC' at line 1
Query: SELECT *, ms_orders.order_id AS order_id FROM WHERE ms_orders.order_id>'0' ORDER BY ms_orders.order_id DESC
It happened between one order and the next. Now I cannot lookup/find orders by my customers name. I did not change anything and I am not super computer savvy so this is all greek to me.
Please Help :)
That doesn't make any sense for that to just start happening.
- 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
- 2) Create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the main menu, or send me your admin username and password.
- 3) Link, username and password to your HOSTING control panel.

Hi Tim,
Thank you for getting back to me. When I opened my Admin page today I am no longer getting that warning when looking up an order by customer name.
I will still email you the information you requested, in case it should happen again.
Thank You!!
