Adjusting Uploaded Images In Template Designer

I tried to use the search feature and not seeing anything on this
When using the template designer, I am uploading images into the image blocks and they are getting cut off or just need to be realigned slightly. Is there a move feature for this?

See how the image just needs to be moved down a bit so the caps are not cut off.

There isn't a way to adjust the photo within the container. You can adjust the photo ratio in the Row Settings of that element to match the ration of the photos you are uploading.
