Looking For Ideas On Santa Qr Code/passcode Flow

I have mall Santa photos coming up in a couple weeks and am trying to sort out my flow/process for this year. Any and all ideas are welcome.

- The mall is paying my day rate for me to be there to take photos of visitors.
- Digital downloads will be free. Prints can be purchased later through the gallery, if they like.
- I will not have on-site printing, ordering, or payment of any type.
- I will not have a dedicated staff member working for me, but the mall will have a Mrs Claus helper to answer questions and control traffic.
- Ideally, I would like visitors to receive a card with a QR code and passcode on it so they have easy access to their image(s) when I upload them at the end of the day.
- Ideally, this would be a card that could easily fit in a wallet, not a large sheet of paper.

Problems that I am foreseeing:
- I don't know how to get a series of QR cards onto business cards or labels. Passcodes are easy to export, but is that possible for the actual QR codes?
- If that's possible, I'm not sure how to photograph a teeny tiny QR code with a camera and lighting that is set for the santa scene without causing a delay and ruining the Santa magic.

One option would be to collect subject data onsite. You collect their information, mainly email, photography the QR code on your phone or tablet, then photograph the subject.

When the photos are ready, you can email them from the People tab of the gallery with their passcode.

Another would be to  "Print QR Codes Without Subject Data".

Print them out 2 per sheet so it is a half a sheet.

There isn't a layout for business cards, but my thinking a half a sheet of paper may be easier for them to keep up with.

I don't have the human resources this year to collect client info on site.

Is there a way to take the info from that QR code sheet and put it into a template (In another program?) that looks a little more decorative? I don't think that there is a way to fully customize the forms yet, but I would really like their info sheets to have a santa photo, multiple colours, etc. Something that makes the sheet stand out in the pile of things that they are bringing home that day.

I can't think of a way to do that.

I think I'm just going to double-print my sheets. That seems like the simplest way to get a slightly decorative QR code page for now.
