Unable To Get Extra Photos On Collections Working

Hello, We are trying to get the option to add extra prints/downloads to collections. Below are the settings we are using. The UI telling the customer that they can add extra prints does not show. I must be missing something?

I think you need to add the price in the Extra photo box as well - at least that is what we do for additional images on digital file collections.

Yes, you need a value for both extra photo and extra new photo.
