Service Unavailable - 503

I am getting the Service Unavailable - 503 when trying to access my site on the web. Talked with the Host and they are investigating however I help a few other folks who host their sytist sites on the same host and they dont have this issue. Looking at the logs nothing seems out the ordinary other than a few mailchimp_webhook errors:

Host support disabled temporarily the htaccess and created a test file to run it at https://www.proudimages.com/testing.php and it runs with no issue.

The PHP version is 8.1.

I am able to access the site on SFTP and also the MySQL DB with no problem. Last thing I remember doing was the routine Database optimize and back up.

It is a server issue. Those warnings/  errors wouldn't have anything to do with it.
