Link Photos To Customer

Is there a way to link a photo to a customer without putting it in a separate album?
We upload all our photos to an album and would like to be able to notify people when their photo is posted. We are fairly high volume and can't make an album for each person that orders a download.

You can notify the customers the photos are ready in the People tab of the gallery.
But the only way to do individual photos is a gallery is if you used the QR Passcode Photos option where they would only see their photos.
