Downloads From Admin Filled Client Order

I had a client place all their photos into their cart - then I did an order via the admin and zeroed out the amounts so she wasn't changed - this way it shows up in her "orders" in her account page - but there are no download buttons for her to get to the photos. They were paid for separately and wanted her to have access to them through her account so they are all in one place with other orders she has placed in the past.

Is this a glitch or something that isn't possible??

That was it!! It didn't show as paid - I edited the payment info as "completed" and now they show - thank you so much for the help
