Order Minimum By Category?

Good morning...

Is there a way to set a minimum order amount and if so, can it be done by category?  What I mean by that is if a client orders a digital download, I don't want that to count towards the print order minimum, otherwise, I have to eat the cost to fulfill the print minimum amount.

You can set a minimum order amount in the settings of your price lists, but there isn't a way to have a a minimum order based on product type.
