[replace Code] Option For Gallery Deadline, Or In [order Items] Possibly?

Is it possible to currently have the gallery name and gallery deadline date added as [replace codes] for order emails?  

Or perhaps have the current gallery deadline date as further information in the [Order Items] listing that currently automatically appears and does have the gallery name already in it?  

I think this would lead to far fewer enquiries about when they are going to receive their orders, as currently happens, even though I tell them in their order emails that orders are only fulfilled after the gallery deadline closing date.
