Multiple Galleries On One Order

I've received a few orders today with photos from different galleries, even though I have "Do not allow purchasing from multiple galleries on the same order" checked on every price list that I have.

What is an order number of an order that has items from 2 different galleries?

It looks like what happened is those both already had items in their cart from a previous visit and was logged into their account. Then they came back and added new items to cart without being logged into their account.

Then at checkout they logged in and why they did, the account had the previous items still in cart and the items were merged. 

At this point it doesn't check if items are from 2 different galleries. It checks when they are adding items to cart and will stop them if they have items from another gallery in cart.

I've made a note to look into this scenerio.
