Download Emails Not Generating Download Link
Not sure if this is a bug or we've got something set wrong, but clients are unable to download files after we send them a system email stating their files have been replaced and are ready to be downloaded. The only link in the email takes them back to the original gallery.
Where should we look to address this issue?
It looks like it isn't actually a download product. Edit that product and check the product type. It should be download for the product type.
Changing it to download won't fix existing orders.
