I am trying to download images to fulfill orders.  However the images arent from a specific order but rather the gallery itself.  When The zip file is downloaded it says zero Bytes.  I tried searching this forum for the answer.  I have checked the upload settings and found that the original is NOT disregarded.  I also tried Downloading images from a different Gallery as well, but had the same issue. The flle Down loads into a zip but it is zero bytes and an error message presents that it is unsupported

I was able to download the files if I clicked on them from the gallery and did not use the search feature.  When I searched by last name and clicked on the images it would give me the download error with zero Bytes.  If I looked through the gallery and clicked on the images I could download them.

I don't understand. You are searching in a gallery then clicking More -> Download All Photos?

I am working remote so I dont have Access to our original files.  I had a client that I wanted to send files to. So I went to the gallery did a serch for their name since there are more than 300 pictures in that gallery.  IT narrowed it down to her 10 photos.  I selected them and then hit the down load button. but it only down loaded a zero byte file.  I tried in a different gallery and the same thing happened.  Later, I thought maybe searching for the files is the problem because I did not have this problem before.  When I went through the whole gallery and found the files and selected them, without using the search tool, I was able to download the images.

If you are downloading from the tray that opens at the bottom when selecting images, it uses the old method of zipping and it is probably getting too large. Different that when downloading a zip file from the galleries and orders.

I'll make a note of it.

You can also click each thumbnail to enlarge and there is a link to the original file on the right of the screen when you scroll down.
