Button Missing In Booking Calendar

I have 2 booking calendars set up. One is not showing text under the input fields like the other, but I don't see any difference in the coding. Ideas?

Edit that booking service and click Additional Text / Language. It is missing there for some reason. Like the text for "Book Now".
