Export For Yearbook And School Software

Can the system export a csv with a Student's name and a selected image number to send to a yearbook company?

For instance mark each student's image that will be use for the yearbook and export the csv, and maybe even a yearbook sized jpeg that can be sent to the yearbook company. I would also want to send it to the school to upload into their admin software.

If not what is your best soultion for this?

There is not a specific function to do that.

What you can do is In Orders -> Product/Order Export Settings , select "A column for each photo product and the quantity value in the row (the new way)" for "Select how products are exported".

Export the ordered products from the order in the gallery. You can do to Stats & Sales in a gallery to only view orders from that gallery.

Open your exported spreadsheet and sort the spreadsheet by your yearbook product. Then you will have all the yearbook products at the top. 

If you set the Additional Order Fields / Options in your price list to collect the student information at checkout, you can also have that information with the export. 

Hi Jamie, just commenting so I can follow this thread. 

I have the same issue: I used the QR passcode system to sort my students' photos, but now I don't have any list of which photos belong to which student.

That data is in Sytist but I can't seem to get it out... :(  Anyone else who has managed this please advise.
