Editor Menu Missing When Editing Mobile Header

Tim,

When I go to edit my mobile header I do not see the editor menu:

Also, while editing my theme my menu disappears behind the editor window where some of my option cannot be fully seen:

Can I reset this?

For the mobile header, just scroll down a little and the menu will show up.

For the theme editor, will be resolved in the next upgrade out in a few days.
