Hi!
We are required by law to operate on a tax-included basis in the B2C market. Is it possible to include VAT in the prices on the packing slip?

Sorry, there is not an option to show prices including VAT on the packing slips. The orders and packing slips break down the numbers. It does show pricing including VAT when they are buying (If that option is selected).
