Coupon Code Box Not Showing Up For Client

I created a coupon code for mini session and it is not showing up when my clients check out. Ive never had this problem before. please help

Do you mean the code entry box isn't appearing?  For the coupon code entry box to appear, a code has to be currently valid.


Have all your coupon codes expired possibly?

Either 

1) You don't have any valid coupons

or

2) in Settings -> Checkout & Payment "Show redeem coupon form (if any valid coupons are available) on the checkout page." is not checked.
