Looking to use the QR code feature this fall, but I like to have subgroups (by grade) in the gallery for my own organization. Is this possible to do with the QR codes?

You would need to put them into folders by grade before uploading and select the option "Upload folders to create sub galleries" in the upload dialog.
Then it will put them into sub galleries by grade in the admin.
