I am having some issue with my contact form email forwarding from my cPanel email to my gmail.  If someone emails me from another source (i.e. yahoo, gmail, etc), it forwards from cPanel Roundcube webmail to our gmail but it doesn't work if someone fills out our website contact form.  I contacted our hosting company inMotion Hosting (for the 5th or 6th time for this issue) and they attempted to help but it looks like it is set up wrong somehow.  I am not a developer and honestly it is harder than hieroglyphics to read.  I have the transcript of what the tech support tried and saw if that would help.  Please someone help!

Is your hosting actually managing those emails or are they managed outside the server, like through google workspace?

And do they show up in spam?
