Video Upload - Missing On Admin Side

I have had a message from a client who is trying to buy a video that she said I’ve uploaded to my gallery. She sent me screenshots of it and it is definitely there but it doesn’t seem to be showing on the admin side? I can’t find the original from it as there’s no, file number showing so I’m wondering if this is an error or if this is a new feature I wasn’t aware of?

Must be some sort of error because there is no option to upload videos into a gallery.
