Adding Short Video To Billboard

I have the latest version installed, and just updated my Billboard photos. Just wondering if there's a way to upload a short video to the Billboard instead of just static photos? Ideally it would only be 4-5 seconds....is this possible?

You can add video using the Page Designer.
Add design element -> Under "Design Elements Categories" -> Video -> "Video as a background with optional text overlay" and that will create like a billboard.
