Question About Pop Up When Client Places Order
I manually edit purchased images and email to clients. I had a client today email me saying that they had a pop up after placing a digital image order saying to email me if they had not received their digital image within 30 minutes of placing their order. That should not be happening (if it actually did). I did recently upgrade to Sytist 5.0 and wonder if I missed something. Long time user of software but new to the update.

It says by default on the page right after the order is placed (and not a pop-up):
You have also been sent an email regarding your order. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes please check your spam / bulk folders. If you still do not have it after an hour contact us to resend it to you.
It doesn't say receiving their downloaded images.
That message can be edited in Design -> Page Text

Thanks ever so for your help. I have deleted that text from the box on the design page. Fingers crossed that doesnt come back to bite me later. I had another customer say that when they click the download now button, the downloaded photo had a watermark. I do not intend there to be a way for them to click to download as I edit each ordered image then email. I couldn't get her to give me more info and believe this was before I upgraded (had been running 3.4 I think). In all these years Ive never had anyone say that so guessing they were confused but you can think of something Im missing, please let me know.
