I wonder if there is a way as an admin to my stylist page is there a way to see what a person has downloaded from a gallery. This would be set up as a free download.

Yes. On the photo thumbnails in you gallery you can see numbers over the cart, download and eye icon (how many orders, how many downloads and how many views) It would however be great to be able to export this data to csv by photo. You can also see the summary under stats & sales for the category. It shows how many views in the last 30 days, how many (free) downloads and how many active shopping carts.
