I have to change the text (arrow pointing) to it.
I set this up several years ago and haven't a clue where to go.

It is either in the Text/Information part of the Settings in your price list. (click Settings for your price list in Photo Products -> Price Lists)
Or it is the product group description in your price list (edit the product group to check that).
