Sort By In Order Field - A Suggestion

The new sort function in orders is good... but wondering if possible to have more options to sort orders from rather than just order number / date.
As shown - there is a number of different database options in the product export form... can these be selected in the new sort function - eg I would like to be able to sort my orders in order of children's names alphabetically via the order form - using the database field in the photo attached. Is this a possibility to add to that sort function please ?
