White Page

Hello, I am having problems when customers save images in their favorites. When they try to create an account, a white page appears. The same thing happens with the invoice. What could be the cause of this?

It is an issue with the main Sytist  index.php file in your photos folder. Either it has been deleted or replaced. 

You can download this zip file that includes the Sytist index.php file you need to upload into the photos folder your Sytist is installed in.

Then it could be an issue with a update of your hosting and you are using an older version of Sytist. 

You should upgrade your Sytist to the current version to see if it resolves the issue. If it doesn't, you can send me the following to look into it. 

• 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
• 2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
• 3) FTP username and password.
