Hi Tim,
I remember that previously, when I clicked on the report tab, I could view the sales report for each month and each day. However, I am currently unable to view it. Could you please assist with this issue?

It should be working now. A missing extension with a programming language upgrade.

Since moving to KnownHost I can only see the annual sales in the report tab and not the monthly or daily sales.

Let your host know you need php-calendar installed.
