Error Updating Order

When I open an order and try to send an email that their order is ready or to update. I get the attached error.

403 error is usually caused by triggering mod security on the server (or ModSec). Mod security is good but also has false positives.
You would need to contact your hosting company support and let them know you are triggering it and they can whitelist the rule you are triggering.
