is there anyway to make it so when anyone who has the link to the gallery can download the gallery without having to create an account? We do a lot of behind the scene photos and don't want to have to have the crew members to create accounts to download photos.

Here are the way to offer free downloads
If you assign free downloads to the price list, any one can download for free without logging in.
If it is not for everyone to download for free, you would have to assign them free downloads and they would have to log into their account to download them.
